Senior Automation operates the world's largest fleet of autonomous vehicles in container and bulk-cargo ports. Its platform closes the loop between the edge agent on the truck, a cloud-based production system, commercial operations, the physical data collected in real work and model iteration. From ports it is replicating the same system into railway yards, steel and metallurgy plants, cross-border ports, short-haul open-road transport, factory campuses and sanitation — more than 1,000 unmanned transport robots and vehicles are already in service.

• Number one market share in port autonomous driving, co-building industry benchmarks with leading ports for three consecutive years.
• Replicating from ports — a market worth tens of billions of renminbi — into China's heavy-truck logistics market: about 8.6 million heavy trucks and a road-freight market of five to seven trillion renminbi, of which roughly 300,000 trucks run on short, fixed urban routes.
• Participates in standard-setting: co-drafted the current group standard for port autonomous horizontal-transport systems with the Ministry of Transport's Waterborne Transport Research Institute, Shandong Port, COSCO Shipping Ports, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, China Mobile and Alibaba; founder He Bei sits on the national intelligent-transport standards committee (TC268/SC1).
