Rino.ai builds autonomous delivery vans that meet full automotive standards and is upgrading from an unmanned-delivery equipment company into a next-generation urban commercial-vehicle platform. With Xinyuan it has set up a Robovan OEM whose vehicles use 100 percent automotive-grade components, validated over more than 200,000 kilometres of reliability testing. Rino has entered the directly operated networks of SF Express, JD and China Post; SF-affiliated entities hold about 24.85 percent of the company.
01Products and solutions
RX Robovan — car-grade autonomous logistics van
The industry's first fully automotive-grade unmanned logistics vehicle; 6 m³ and above; the first and only truly mass-produced car-grade unmanned van, with more than 200,000 kilometres of reliability validation.
R3 and R5 delivery vehicles
Compact unmanned delivery vehicles of up to 3 m³ (R3) and 5 m³ (R5) for last-mile parcel delivery and feeder routes.
RH series and 24 m³ urban light truck
Larger 8–13 m³ and 20+ m³ configurations, extending from parcel shuttles to mainstream urban freight — including a 24 m³ unmanned city light truck.
Fleet operations and data platform
More than six years of proprietary data platform development plus 3,000+ vehicles in real operation form a data-model-product flywheel; RX is integrated with Lalamove for on-demand urban freight.
02Key strengths
- Validated head-customer system: inside the directly operated express networks of SF Express, JD and China Post, with 50 percent of their new orders.
- Inflection reached in 2025: from hundreds to thousands of units, business up more than 20 times, 3,000+ vehicles delivered and 200+ cities in routine operation. L4 freight penetration on open urban roads is still below 1 percent; the unmanned freight-van market is forecast at 373.1 billion renminbi by 2030.
- Leading the shift from 'unmanned robot' to 'car-grade commercial vehicle': RX is the first fully automotive-grade unmanned logistics vehicle, built by a joint OEM with Xinyuan.
- Product range moving upward from R3 and R5 through RX to RH and a 24 m³ light truck — from last-mile delivery to conventional urban distribution.
- SF-affiliated shareholders hold about 24.85 percent, combining the roles of customer, shareholder and scenario partner for order stability, co-development and nationwide road-access and operations.
