EABOT moves mining-proven L4 autonomy onto public roads. It starts with high-frequency, fixed bulk-material short-haul routes, running its own trucks to accumulate real freight revenue, route rights, data and reference cases, and converts these into single-vehicle L4 capability and an AI Driver that can be sold separately from the fleet — an 'AI driver outsourcing' service for cargo owners. Within six months of founding the team reached more than 140 people, 124 of them in R&D, with about 76 percent holding master's or doctoral degrees.
