EACON 易控智驾
55.5% of China's mining-autonomy market — the world's first listed mining-autonomy company
Operator and supplier of the world's largest active fleet of driverless mining trucks, with 55.5 percent market share in China and a standardised system that brings a new mine online in as little as three days.
EACON builds and operates autonomous haulage systems for open-pit mines. It combines its own vehicle-control software and hardware with purpose-built driverless mining trucks, and has moved from running heavy-asset fleets itself to licensing its technology to mine operators who own the trucks. In July 2026 it listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as the first publicly traded autonomous-mining company in the world.
01Products and solutions
Autonomous haulage system for open-pit mines
Full-stack driverless haulage: vehicle-side autonomy software, integrated drive-by-wire control of the truck, and a mine-level dispatch and fleet-management system. Deployed on single-mine fleets of more than 500 trucks.
Purpose-built autonomous wide-body mining trucks with EACON's vehicle-control stack, operated today across China's largest open-pit coal mines.
Technology licensing for operator-owned fleets
Mines that own their trucks can adopt EACON's autonomy and dispatch stack as a technology service — the asset-light model EACON is now scaling.
02Key strengths
Absolute scale leader: 55.5 percent market share, approximately 4.3 times the number two, and the first and only company worldwide with more than 2,500 active driverless mining trucks.
Concentrated in the most valuable mines: 19 of China's 41 open-pit coal mines above ten million tonnes per year, 7 of the 12 largest open-pit mines, and 9 of the 11 single-mine projects with more than 100 trucks.
Embedded in customers' production systems — serving China Energy Investment, State Power Investment Corporation, TBEA, Zijin Mining, Shougang, Guanghui and Baowu — with 100 percent retention of end-customer groups from 2023 to 2025.
Defines the unmanned mine transport system: single-mine fleets already exceed 500 trucks, and the standardised solution brings a new mine online in as little as three days.
